I want to place an order but I don’t have the address of the recipient, only the recipient’s phone number. Can you still deliver my order? Absolutely! If you don’t have the address of the recipient, you can simply enter our shop address in Russia and we will call the recipient, ask their address  and deliver your flowers or gifts at a convenient time to them. We can even deliver without a phone number but we’ll need an email address or Skype ID for the recipient so we can make contact with them first.

Can you take a photo of my friend when she receives the flowers?
Yes, of course! We will take a high-quality digital photo of your friend  with the flowers for FREE and e-mail it to you.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Usually, we can deliver within 6 hours of receiving your order. Please provide a phone number for the recipient. We can even deliver if you don’t have an address. We’ll call the recipient before the delivery and get the flowers there asap!!

Where are you based?
Our head office is in Saint Petersburg and we deliver flowers in the city and Leningradsky Oblast every day. Our company is in Whitley Bay, England.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! Our online credit card processor, 2checkout  allows for safe and secure online payment. You can pay us by  Visa, MasterCard ,  Discover,  American Express,  Diners,  JCB ,PIN debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We also accept PayPal.

I see mainly red roses in your gift catalogue. What if I want to send white ones?
We are of course ready to deliver roses of any colour you prefer. Please specify the colour of your choice when placing your order.

Is my information secure?
We take online security very seriously as it is an issue affecting all of us today. How will I know when my friend receives the flowers or gift?
An email will be sent to you as soon as delivery has been made.

Can I attach a personal note to be printed on the gift card? Can it be translated?
You are welcome to attach a personal note to a gift card ordered with your flowers or gift. We also offer FREE TRANSLATION of your message from English to Russian. Please keep your message brief (up to 100 words).

Is my order information private?
We do not share ANY of the information you provide to us with others. This includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Your credit card details are not passed on to us as they are processed through the 2CHECKOUT PAYMENT GATEWAY. The name and address of the gift recipient and the card message is shared with our florist and no one else.

On the order form, Postcode/Zip is a required field. I don’t have the recipient’s Postcode/Zip. Can I still place my order?
Yes of course! You can just enter a combination of numbers in the postcode/zip field. Example : 190000.

What if I decide to cancel my order?
You must give us at least 24 hours’ advance notice if any cancellations are to be made. If your order has been processed and is with our florist we can cancel just as long as delivery has not been made to your recipient. If our courier has already made the delivery then your order cannot be canceled.

It is now 6 a.m. in San Diego. Can you deliver flowers to my friend at 7 a.m. St Petersburg time?
Due to time differences you need to place your order at least 15 or 16 hours before the intended delivery time.

I don’t have my friend’s postal address, only their phone number. Can you call them and deliver my gift?
Yes of course. But on the 2checkout order form please type an address in the delivery section, eg. Pskovskaya Street 10/2, Apt. 54, St. Petersburg 190008. If you leave this section blank then 2checkout may not process your order.

I want to have flowers delivered to my friend in Odessa, Ukraine. Can you arrange for this to be done?
Yes we can. Our network of flower shops is currently delivering in St Petersburg and other countries and cities of the Former USSR. For deliveries in Ukraine, please visit our partner site : www.ukraineflowerdelivery.com

I can’t decide what bouquet to send. I want to spend about $80 but it is so hard to think what my friend would like for her birthday. Can you help me?
That’s easy! Simply send us a picture of the bouquet you would like or describe it to us and our florist will be more than happy to make it up for you.

Could you tell me if the address I have is correct?
If you have been corresponding with someone for a while and you want to check whether the address that you have for them is correct then you can use our new address verification service (part of the scam check service). We will deliver 1 red rose to the address you provide and send you a report of our findings.

I have ordered a gift card to go along with my bouquet but I don’t see a place where I can type a message for the card. Can you help?
There are two options:
either you can type your message into the Order Notes box under the shipping address on the 2checkout order form; or you can send it to us in an email with your name and order number.

What should I do if I feel I’m being made the victim of a scam?

Are there any circumstances where you would share my private information?
In rare circumstances the private information you provide to To Petersburg With Love may be shared with appropriate law enforcement or investigative authorities if we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with the law, (ii) stop credit card fraud; (iii) protect against misuse of our website; or (iv) protect the personal safety of our site users or the public. The purpose of this disclosure would be to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone who may attempt to cause injury to another’s rights or property.

Do you accept payment by personal cheque?
Yes. If you are a resident of the U.K. you can pay for our services by personal cheque in pound sterling. Please, refer to the current currency exchange rates for conversion. When choosing this type of payment, please allow 4-6 business days for your cheque delivery within the U.K. and 4-5 business days for your cheque to clear. Your order will be processed as soon as funds are moved to our bank account. For payments by personal cheque please contact us before placing your order.

Do the prices displayed on your website remain the same all the year round?
Yes. Except during Valentine’s week (February 11th to 16th) and International Women’s Week (March 4th-10th). On the above dates prices of flowers sky-rocket in Russia and since all bouquets are prepared fresh on the date of delivery, we have no choice but to increase our prices.
I don’t have a telephone number for the person I want to send the gift to and when trying to place my order I keep getting the message : ”Enter a complete phone number in shipping section” 

What should I do?
If you don’t have a phone number for the intended gift recipient we can still make delivery. All you have to do is enter the digits 12345098 in the shipping address telephone field.

I have funds in my PayPal account and I would like to pay by PayPal. What should I do?
After filling in the billing and shipping addresses you will be given the option of paying by credit card or PayPal. Just click the PayPal button on the order screen and you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can submit you payment.
